Technology surrounds us, permeates our daily lives, and has created a transcendent new world of communication and collaboration. With this evolution has come a cornucopia of new tools and resources for teaching and learning. While this page lists but a fraction of the resources available, we feel they represent some of the best.
Blogs: A blog (a contraction of the term "Web log") is a Web sitewith regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order.
Podcasting: A podcast is a series of audio or video broadcasts distributed in a syndicated fashion via web feeds through a website or iTunes.
Social Networking: Focuses on building online communities to promote communicating and sharing information.
Audio/Video Networking: Using technology to expand the borders of the classroom by interacting with geographically decentralized students and guest speakers.
Wikis: A wiki is a web page or pages designed to enable anyone who accesses it to contribute or modify content. It is, in effect, a collaborative learning website.
Bookmarking: Share your internet bookmarks with your class, your staff, or your student's parents to enhance learning opportunities.
Interactive Whiteboard: Share your Interactive Whiteboard presentations with your class and staff.
